She has lived, studied, and worked across the UK, USA, China, Nepal, and now Australia. Along the way, gaining diverse cultural and clinical insights that inform her nuanced, inclusive approach to beauty.
A fierce advocate for education, Bianca is also the founder of BLC Academy, where she trains the next generation of injectors, assists cadaver dissection workshops, and shares her industry knowledge as a keynote speaker. Her passion extends beyond the treatment room into skincare innovation, lip lines, and mentoring.

Stephanie Simeone – Senior Registered Nurse, BLC Aesthetics
Stephanie is a registered nurse with over five years of experience and a lifetime immersed in the art of transformation. Before nursing, she was a professional dancer and makeup artist, fine-tuning a sharp eye for detail, balance, and expression. On stage, she saw firsthand how the right enhancement can ignite confidence. That spark became her purpose.
With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement, Stephanie brings a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and physical harmony to every treatment. She has a passion for anatomy and skin, ensuring her clients receive a holistic and thoughtful approach. Trained and mentored by Bianca herself, she is proud to represent the standard of care and artistry that defines BLC Aesthetics.
